The Aloha Spirit Award is a special award to the person the SUP community feels represents the values of SUP in WA.
Duke Kahanamoku was a Hawiian legend credited with spreading surfing around the world. He was also a 5 times Olympic medalist, but more so, was regarded as the embodiment of "Aloha Spirit" - acceptence and kindness, working to grow our sport without personal gain.
The award is voted upon by you the SUPWA members and can go to any SUPWA member. The award will be presented at the SUPWA presentation evening. Voting will close on 22nd March 2021
To vote click on "Get Tickets" on the right hand of this page and select "one" ticket for number of tickets and click on "Check Out". You will then come a page with a text box labled "Aloha Award Recipient" - enter the name of the SUPWA member there. It is FREE to nominate, no transaction will take place.
The Award will be presented at the SUPWA Presentation evening on Saturday the 27th of March.
