The annual SUPWA Wedge Island Shaka comp is on again. The most fun SUP surfing comp ever sponsored once again by the Stand Up Surf Shop North Fremantle. The location is 4WD only and no dogs allowed.   Traditionally this has been a SUP longboard event but like last year any length boards are allowed (but longboards are encouraged) with judges scoring equally for longboard manourves as for shortboard ones. The format is that everyone surfs twice no knockout heats. The divisions are male, female, juniors and rookie division. The event will also include a Tech Race which will have a Rookie Division. Surfing and racing included in entry price. Can do either event or both. Entry is $50 for SUPWA members and $75 for Non-SUPWA Members (includes Day-only SUPWA Membership).
